Ingredients

  • 46 ounces smoked salmon, roughly chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and rinsed, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning, plus more for serving
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup English or Persian cucumber, seeds removed and finely diced
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream to a food processor and blend until smooth and combined.
  2. Add the lemon juice and zest, dill, capers, and horseradish to the food processor and pulse to chop and combine.
  3. Add the everything bagel seasoning and smoked salmon to the food processor and pulse until just chopped. You want it a little chunky.
  4. Transfer the smoked salmon dip to a bowl and fold in the onions and cucumbers. Taste and add salt if needed.
  5. Allow the dip to refrigerate for at least an hour.
  6. Garnish with additional everything bagel seasoning, dill, capers, red onions, and cucumbers if desired.
